Don't request PayPal to come to you. As a Nation, Pakistan can start something of its own. When are a Nation thinking / acting, you are never short of resources. PayPal will suck %age of money out of your country, but a local solution will create local jobs, as well as keep its wealth in Pakistan.

We are already using JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Banks locally...

but this is for internationally,,,, we are also using BTC as payment method, but PayPal is good for its customers regarding disputes...

2 of Pakistani Banks supports 3d secure payment system only, others 99.8% does not support 3d secure debit cards and your payment declines every time on those sites where Master Code and Verified by Visa shown...

I think this is because of Indians, On South Asia Region most of PayPal staff is from India,

When you talk PayPal via Facebook Messages, if Staff is online, Their name will be shown to you as Indians like Rajesh and etc (If staff is offline, Robot will send you Help links)

I think in till next year all shopping sites will support BTC, for onineshopping,

But for Freelancers PayPal is Best and for Dispute PayPal too best to its customers, and its also cheap than others sites and after debit cards PayPal is too cheap...

You are right our banking system is outdated but now Meezan Bank and HBL Debits Card are 3d secure emvi complaint... especially Meezan Bank, i think has better banking system... and other new banking are trying hard to update their system...

P.ornHub ? all data is available in HD/UHD Quality in torrent sites in private/public..

and most premium p.orn sites require debit cards...

you think , i am doing this for p.orn

i give you some examples:
1) if you want to receive adf.ly/shorte.st income (low income for pak, but for example), you need paypal
2) if you are free lancers, then you need paypal, all sites supports paypal approx.
3) if you have HD/UHD Led tv, you want hd content 10gb or 10gb+ movies, then you will go mostly private tracker, due to speed, due to seeds and maximum content, if you need to improve ratio then you needseebox, and if seedbox company is not good, you can receive full money during first 7 days, if owner of site is not want refund you can contact paypal, and whole fund is in your balance
4) PayPal is cheap than Payoneer, Payza, netller, skrill and etc
5) there is lot of other benifits too...
