Siasat : DG ISPR appreciates Deepika Padukone’s courage, then Deletes the tweet after Backlash

Credibility is lost if mistakes (such as IK’s incorrect video) are repeated and the mistake isn’t acknowledged. It’s dented when you don’t have any other evidence for multiple other sources making the same point with correct information. IK’s tweet was deleted and there is plenty of other footage already out there making the same point he was.

It’s not as black and white as you’re making it.

Contrast IK deleting one incorrect video (recognition of mistake), the presence of several other videos from multiple non-Pakistani sources making the same point he was making, with the Indian government & military’s insistence on Balakot casualties & F-16 downed.

In India’s case, the BJP government & Indian military have never acknowledged that their claims were wrong, despite all reputable non-Indian (and even some Indian & pro-Indian sources) and actual evidence stating that India’s claims are wrong. Now that’s an actual loss of credibility - repeating debunked claims again and again despite all the evidence to the contrary.

First off all, Wish you a very happy new year !
I really miss my old PDF mates.

Agreed

Ageed to an Extent.

How can you compare a Military even with an event in an Educational Institute being promoted by some one with the ranks of DGISPR ?

Should Indian Army be commenting over whats happening in Lahore University ?

Well, keep the right and wrong aside and focusing ONLY on acknowledgement part :

1. Did China Accept issues with Uiqhurs?
2. Did Pakistan accept the Genocide of 1971 ?

Leave aside the question of "accepting a mistake" these arnt even recognized in the first place.

Politics... Self Interests.. Hypocrisy... whatever. It didnt change.. It never will.

This applies to Both India and Pakistan !

Obviously for them "credibility" comes from repeating alie again and again so much that it becomes a reality..

and then quoting an article from a mouthpiece of a government that would obviously propagate their interests..

The renowned actress Deepika Padukone visited Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi on Tuesday evening to show solidarity with the students.

Some people praised her bravery, while others criticized her, saying that she was doing this to promote her upcoming movie ‘Chhapak’.

The actress visited JNU at 7:45pm and stayed on the campus for 10 minutes. She left without saying anything. The woman became a topic of discussion in both the countries, India and Pakistan. In those ten minutes, Deepika also met with JNU Student Union’s president Aishe Ghosh.
DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor also made a tweet on the matter.

This tweet was later deleted.

Deepika’s daring move brought her mixed reactions. Although some people supported her, a big majority also criticized her, labeling her as ‘anti-national’. Users also threatened to boycott her upcoming movie Chhapaak.

Deepika should thank DG ISPR for deleting the tweet as she already faces death threats in India

Indian officials have and reguarly do comment on Pakistans internal affairs. The difference is that ISPR's job is to propagate 5th gen warfare, primarily through manipulating the enemies cyber space; whereas in India not a day goes by where some politician, general, or celebrity, doesnt talk about Pakistan.

He commented on this matter using his personal account, therefore any tweets are NOT the view of the armed forces, and managed to not only get Indians butthurt but also promote the idea that those supporting this protest are conducting the will of Pakistan.

His Job is to comment over what a Bollywood Actress is Doing ? How is Pakistan even REMOTELY connected with what a bollywood actress is doing in an Indian University ?

And if its His job, why make a U turn and Delete it ? Why be ashamed of YOUR JOB ?
Let me correct you .... You make a mistake on a paper , let's suppose , do you let it be like that , or erase it ? .....

Burn ? Its YOUR paper Reporting a U turn ! POST and DELETE , Same as your PM.
Whose credibility is lost when u post only to delete after u relize ur mistake ?

You're like a little twit, stuck on the wall, half swatted by someone. Tweeted, deleted, tomayto or tomaato, no one gives a $h!t about what you think. So run along to your rat-hole india, and be happy there. If you're on a Pakistani forum, where Pakistanis are discussing stuff and you don't like, then by all means buzz off.

Damn indiots are such a bunch of whiners.
