Shouldn't Pakistan focus more on building dams for water and agriculture for its people?

I am really happy how pakistan is improving because of CPEC and the hard work of our great nation but what if water scarcity becomes a problem even more now because of climate change and outdated infrastructure of the dams so shouldn't pakistan focus on that as its main priority.

There are a lot priorities for Pakistan. I agree that water belongs in the most upper tier. Unfortunately, at times we are a nation that likes to pull each others legs. There have been many attempts to build mega dam projects. Let's hope sense prevails and the dams can someday become a reality. We need them direly.

Yes you are absolutely right, there are alot of things pakistan has to tackle and just recently we are recovering from the menace of terrorism and corruption. We should work on our resources and that includes human development too.
