I voted yes for several reasons...:
-Israel and Russia are heavily armed with nuclear weapons
-Russia is modernizing it's military
-Israel's military industry is advancing at fast pace and they could supply Turkey's enemies with advanced drones and weapon systems.
-Greece, Israel and Russia are getting more and more powerful and this means Turkey's interests are at stake in the future
-I don't really trust the EU even though Turkey has a good relationship with NATO
-Turkey may develop more middle eastern allies and face more challenges
As for your other questions .....
1.) Do I believe they will become isolated? Hmm, yes I do, because they're next door to Israel and this will concern them greatly. They don't want a balance of power in the Middle East. Iran has an advantage due to mountainous regions they could do it if they wanted and conceal weapons.
2.) Depends how they utilize it, will they use at as pretext to go on offensive like Israel does? If not, if it's strictly defensive purposes I think people won't see them as aggressive so that may have make Turkey look like a balanced power but you still need to consider military strategy and intelligence. Depends on how their future looks.
3.) Answered this .
4.) not sure
5.) this relates to number two, i can't guarantee it will have great benefits since NATO would probably abandon Turkey unless they're weapons under NATO's watch. Israel could also threaten other moves such as deploying nuclear capable submarines at home of one of turkey's enemies. It would be difficult for Turkey to do so unless they don't have a strong trustworthy ally in the Middle East I'm skeptical about nuclear weapons for Turkey. I honestly don't have faith in Arabic nations either unless their interests are drastically different in the future. Maybe Iran, turkey and Pakistan would have to form a pact but I'm not sure they all get along well. But, geographically they would need Iran's support since they're closer to the region. This is the number one problem, without Egypt it makes things a lot harder.
