Should more Pakistanis make twitter accounts ?

Roaming around on twitter these last few months had had my blood boiling - I have noticed afghans are using it to malign Pakistan .I think a few are genuine as some are just posting general news relating to Afghanistan but many of them under the guise of students/human rights and journalists you can see the posts are usually pro-afghan and or anti-Pakistan or related to ethno-nationalism they have thousands of followers and yet thankfully most of the time hardly any comments, likes or retweets and almost every single one is living in Afghanistan or outside Pakistan which seems to me as if they're fake with mostly puppet account followers and seem to be only for propaganda purposes.
I am all for human rights and free media but even to an unbiased person there is very clearly an agenda -Pakistan has over 220 million people which is almost 10 times more than Afghanistan and far more internet users both within and outside the country so how come Pakistan is not responding to this ?

Yes we need lot more social media presence but also culture of reading books needs to be developed. Having people who have no clue or knowledge is a bigger disaster

Yes I agree but we have plenty of manpower to do it there also another 8 to 9 million Pakistanis abroad the 6th largest diaspora on earth many of them in the U.S and other western countries way more than afghans. I am worried Pakistan is ignoring this new kind of propaganda warfare being waged.
Check out some of those supposed journalist twitter accounts and the things they are posting it's very clear there is definitely an agenda here . It would be interesting to know where most of their followers from,who is backing them and where they originally started from. Pakistanis managed to counter on other platforms pretty well like Youtube and Facebook but on twitter there seems to be little response.
