It isn't look alike a permanent solution ...

there are two main problems
Pakistan at first should declare and treat FATA as a province not as tribal area ... The province should have its own system i.e. budget,police etc
And Declare Durend line as a international border where anyone pass through checkpost should be scrutinized thoroughly

The main reason of making FC force was to be deployed at the border between Tribal and settle areas. Not to be deployed in Islamabad. Plus police cannot be deployed at borders so what exctly do you mean by KPK should focus on their own resources?

Although KPK Govt. has done Good job in Reforming Police but I believe KPK Police is not Ready right now for Removal of FC so they should better stay there at least till KPK Police have added the Capacity of that level to handle things on their own which is right now not been Achieved and outlook is Positive in the future at least.
