China may be more influential than Russia. But Russia still has its influence in SCO.

I hope you are right. Because much of India's strength comes from Russian purchases.

India has much of defence equipment from Russia and the trade between Russia and India is quite high.

India is an economic power. Think about it, in next 72 hours, BCCI will slap Pakistan left and right and handover Asia cup hosting to Srilanka . Pakistan will not be able to do anything.

I am not even sure, what is the benefit of India being in SCO. Apart from China, India is the only valuable power that can contribute economically to the organization. If we are not getting any benefits, it is better to ignore it. Let China run its shows with its allies in SCO.
