Shooting clubs for youth..NCC

When we were in college we had the NCC training program. It was very good thing youth familiar with initial training and also admire to join the forces etc but now as we are making our kids a cyber robots they spend more time on smart devices.its good but training like that also good for youth to understand thing positively. There is only one Gun club in Pakistan and if you know the registration fees and charges first you not believe me. Why we not start this type of activity for normal Pakistani by providing then healthy activities like established control shooting clubs and games like that not only for self defense but also to control the agression of youth.
