Very sad incident ... the company which was supplying oxygen to a medical installation should be aware of the fact, how important the oxygen is for hospital for patients requirements.
The company's action should be brought to justice with charges of man slaughter and proper investigation.

They had viral encephalitis, therein the blood oxygen level is depleted, they have to be masked with pure oxygen till they are back to normal. Once the supply is disrupted, they stop breathing any more/
