Even if the investigators conclude that the accidents show the need for a greater top-down emphasis on naval professionalism and new investment in training, military planners should not be deterred from adding cyber and insider-traitor threats to a China threat matrix that includes new submarines, anti-ship ballistic missiles and future nuclear carrier battle groups.

YES, more budget is much needed to create the Anti-Cyber threats and to smell the Insider-Traitor in order to neutralize/sanitize the "China threat MATRIX".... MIC does surely love your lines and your payroll will be guaranteed.

Was that 3 ships in a row that had 'strange' accidents that common sense could not explain---smacked---T-boned by a massive lumburing hulk---either the gay watch commander was sckng his gay buddy'ds di-ck or the lesbian watch commander was lckng her lsbn lover's cnt---looks like there was an orgy going on in the command center.
