I have always maintained that Pakistan should sign a defense treaty with China. There is nothing wrong letting Chinese establish military bases in Pakistan. If we can let Americans use our soil only to watch our east wing severed, why not China that has always helped Pakistan in every crisis.

beware what you're wishing...USA helped you for 50 years(and vice versa) and now bombing you.its better China don't follow the same route.by the way,why you guys always agree to bring foreign power in your soil??its almost proven that bringing foreign power results in some catastrophic disaster in relationship with neighbours,and not for good.foreign powers will leave some day,but that neighbour is going to stay.

Irrespective of this thought that they deploy their defence equipment on any of our ports or not.
If we go by your idea of "stupidity",then the USA is quite dumb to station her troops and equipment in more than 150 countries around the globe.

Japan alone hosts some 50,000 American soldiers and officers with their military apparatus.Why they are exactly there for,some picnic?

Anyway PLAN and PN can use their boats for joint military exercises, that will be a refreshing experience for the sailors on both the sides.

But US is stupid. Just imagine no one likes USA but everyone is crying to get into that country.

Moreover, China needs a peaceful backyard for it to grow both in economy and military. Remember, China is still a developing and a poor country when compared to USA which currently occupies the throne of Superpower.

US will not like to see Chinese sub basing in Pakistani port and will aggressively equip Indian Navy to counter it which ultimately goes against Pakistans interest . i think it will be better if China extend its military aid to Pakistan to expand its navy to counter any aggression buy India against China or Pakistan .

As India is getting more and more aggressive along the two fronts border with China and Pakistan, i think it's neccessary to deploy the most advanced 041 AIP subs in Karachi port to keep Indian navy at bay. Three of these subs will give huge threat to India CBG, and make sure it will not harm China interests in Indian ocean. Will Pakistan support the residence of PLA navy ships in Karachi in the future?

No you can do better give us 6 off these Submarines and adjust the price or delay it for some time until our economy improves that would be good thing to do we have 3 Augusta 90 along with 6 most modern from China will keep Indian Navy in check on our side

A defense pact would solve this issue. PN is getting six new advanced submarines from China which will help keep Indians in check. Chinese navy should have the rights to come to Pakistan on a regular basis to patrol the IOR.

The Chinese did not even attempt to come to our aid in 1971 despite American encouragement. With India neutralized, we may have been able to subdue the resistance especially if we had US and Chinese help to control the uprising. Not that I dispute our unfortunate role in the uprising to begin with.

Those noisy subs shall be detected from a great distance and shall be destroyed by a long range torpedo. Those submarines are not feet to leave Chinese shore. Some time ago there was a news that china is complementing the possibility of buying Russian subs to counter India.

Was it in the same newspaper that also posted that PLAAF was eagerly awaiting the sale of Tejas for acquisition into PLAAF as a 5th gen fighter and counter to US F-22? Or where it reported that China was in negotiations with India for the lease of Indian military?

USA I can understand. The public pressure on Nixon would have been immense if he had intervened. I wonder why the Chinese did not. It was probably the Soviet troop movement on their border which kept them at bay.
