But surely you need to take into account the loitering time,the CFTs, The engine characteristics, maturity of its hardware and software, better thrust, better quality of armaments. I agree that the factors you have mentioned make the J10C a worthy opponent but does it better the 16??? I think maybe at par.

Add where J-10C will be deployed and what role they will have in PAF if purchased, CFTs and mid air fueling can compensate any short coming of loitering time also remember spares, maintenance will be much better then 16s allowing them much more station time compared to 16s, refer to Kargil war issues with 16s which PAF faced.
