Regardless of the population of the city, look at all those empty chairs.
There is only 2 reasons those chairs are empty.
1. Showbaz Sharif was expecting many people would come and fill up the chairs, what is why he put them out.

2. Showbaz is so incompetent that he does not even know how many people can come to his Jalsa.

If case 1, clearly PMLN is not popular
If case 2, Clearly PMLN can't even run a Jalsa much less a country.
