in all the cases perpetrators are behind the bar . Our justice system is rock solid . Anybody who takes law in their own hands or breaks the law will be punished with full severity of law .

then there is the case of mohammad riyaz of shamli town in uttar pradesh state who was lynched by "activists" from the local "bajrang dal" and paraded for a kilometer and handed over to the police... the leader of that lynch-mob, vivek premi, was also arrested later but will soon be released... the victim, riyaz, will continue in jail... that is the answer to your point about the "rock solidness" of law in india.

I would recommend everyone to respect the holy places of every religion. But i have seen people going to mosques with shoes. Even ministers and PM did that.

you should ask vidya dinker[1], the lady in mangalore who was threatened with acid attack and sexual assault by the peaceful members of "bajrang dal" because vidya filed a police complaint against various sangh groups because these groups weren't allowing shahrukh's film "dilwale" to be screened in mangalore.

please don't slot pdf sanghis and their off-line colleagues alongside those who watched "pk" and "dilwale".

A case was filed on Saturday against Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in a court in Meerut for hurting the sentiments of the Hindu community.

The case was filed before the special judicial magistrate’s court by the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, accusing the two actors of showing disrespect to the Hindu community by shooting with their shoes on in a temple of the deity Kali in a promo of reality TV show Bigg Boss. The episode was aired on Colors channel on December 19 and 20.

The case has been listed for hearing on January 18.

Bharat Rajpur, city president of the organisation, said the act was deliberate and aimed at hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus.

He said he had already brought up the matter with the producer, director and programme head of the TV channel but to no avail.


“I brought this to the notice of the district magistrate and senior superintendent of police but no action has been taken.

“So now, I have knocked the doors of the court and I am ready to go up to the Supreme Court for the cause,” he said.

1. P.K. was not banned in India . It grossed 350 crores only in India . If for you every hindu is sanghi i cannot help you . Maybe only Muslims and Christians watched the movie according to you .
