Bollywood superstars accused of shooting a promotional video in a temple with their shoes on

A case was filed on Saturday against Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in a court in Meerut for hurting the sentiments of the Hindu community.

The case was filed before the special judicial magistrate’s court by the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, accusing the two actors of showing disrespect to the Hindu community by shooting with their shoes on in a temple of the deity Kali in a promo of reality TV show Bigg Boss. The episode was aired on Colors channel on December 19 and 20.

The case has been listed for hearing on January 18.

Bharat Rajpur, city president of the organisation, said the act was deliberate and aimed at hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus.

He said he had already brought up the matter with the producer, director and programme head of the TV channel but to no avail.


“I brought this to the notice of the district magistrate and senior superintendent of police but no action has been taken.

“So now, I have knocked the doors of the court and I am ready to go up to the Supreme Court for the cause,” he said.

everyone is free to voice his opinion which some will like and majority may not like but tha doesn't means it makes them criminals or courts are going to convict them. actors too meddle sometime on issues creating controversies

Yep but most of the times they just pay the price for being popular and they should also remember this fact their short gesture can be taken seriously since they are in the limelight, every body is watching them and noticing even minute details.

india's economic/social system based on extreme capitalism and interest-accounting that these buffoons called "akhil bharat hindu mahasabha" promote and defend, has hurt muslim sentiments and has been the anti-human system the cause for millions of suicides, female infanticide/foeticides, dowry murders, "honor killings", caste discrimination etc since 1947.

in all the cases perpetrators are behind the bar . Our justice system is rock solid . Anybody who takes law in their own hands or breaks the law will be punished with full severity of law .

Absolutely . There is no mass savagery . I can show you mass savagery in the cases of Prophets drawing , Innocence of Muslims , charlie hebdo etc .
