Very sad.... This is huge loss.. Why did not we used SSG for this operation..??

The ratio of killing these dogs vs losing our men in my observation is reaching 1:1 , shouldn't it be increasing in our favour ??
Maybe in IBOs there is more difficult task at our hand if it's a CQC close quarter combat but still ..

Many constraints we would not know,
1) Time
2) Nature of threat demanded normal troops
3) Training of normal troops as well for such kind of Ops etc

An update suggests that 5 terrorists were killed and a many apprehended during the Op. Furthermore, these Ops aren't that simple as appears to be or being explained in words. However, we aren't tired nor we stop but we will keep searching for them, pulling them out of their holes and will hunt them.

Total 4 terrorists killed. 5 apprehended which include local facilitators.

Two dead terrorists were left by the militants due to heavy firing whereas two bodies were left which were in our custody.

Were they planning an attack on some target ? 4 killed , 5 apprehended and few escaped (?) ? that's a large number of terrorists in one place .. or maybe they are fresh batch of Terrorists crossed in from Afghanistan ? I remember few days ago there were heavy clashes reported between Pakistan and Afghanistan, any connection to that ?

There is a lot more to it. Will share after the dust is settled. They were found hiding in a compound. It was a big success on the part of security forces. NDS with help of ANA is trying hard to push Daesh militants (which ANA and NATO recently had rescued from Nagarhar & Kunar after Taliban gave them sound beating on the one side while Pak Army pounded their dens from the other side) into Pakistani areas. A large number of TTP and Daesh are amassed on Afghan side along Bajaur

If what you are saying is true that I am expecting some major pushes from the ISIS/TTP along the Bajour Lines, that agency holds a lot of significance , any chance or news of PA using Air assets like Drones or Fighter Jets ?

ANA and Afghan government actually saved ISIS terrorists from Taliban who might have massacred all of them

Obviously they would try to use them for attack on Pakistan

Done. I was actually waiting for confirm count. There are 5 killed and more or at least 6 apprehended. However, I have updated title to the figure as of current.

The fight continues and AT are really spanking Daesh. It doesn't come to light in mainstream media cause that would be seen as supporting a militant group i.e Afghan Taliban...
For all the support terrorists are getting in Afghanistan, they can thank NDS for it which should thank RAW mostly and some credit to CIA too...
NDS is the cancer which needs to be treated adequately.
