GOI should give special concessions and perks to those who want to settle there, like the chinese give to han settlers in tibet and xinjiang and Israel gives for jew settlers in west bank.
Give them a incentive and see how quickly the demographics change from minority to majority along with special rights to bear arms and defend themselves
I will go there and settle there if that provision to bear firearms is provided.
