The court systems of Pakistan are paralyzed and have become non-functional.

I think this thing is likely going to evolve into Public Justice pretty soon. When basic justice is not given, then everything becomes lawless.
Martial Law will not work - they should be under no illusions. The challenges for Pakistan are too great and too large, and unless we have a public sentiment that is willing to work with the state around tough socio-economic issues, I am afraid Pakistan will delve into more socio-economic chaos.
