What's new

Senate resolution against Atif Mian by opposition

They want him removed they dont care about his allegiance

Lets just say new ttp, s need be called out before they go kaboom its not like religious nutjobs dont have a history of going kaboom

I live right next to it perhaps you can use your proximitto Islamabad to your advantage and find economists capabke of replacing Atif Mian
We can take care of ttps through military measures. But jaahil wannabe liberals are also extremists though on the other side of the spectrum. They must be called out as well don't you think ;)

What if the UK government calls you up and says "Here's the thing mate, give up your religion and declare allegiance to Christianity, otherwise give up your British passport"

Not alot of fun when the shoe is on the other foot is it?

Can't believe that even people living in western democracies can have such jahil mentality. You can take the paindu out of the pind, but can't take the pind out of the paindu.

Thing is, the British constitution doesn't have such specific provisions for Muslims.

The constitution of Pakistan is very specific and clear on the matter of the Qadyanis. So, before you open your gob, understand what your country laws are saying. Either obey or piss off from these lands and surrender your passport. Savy?

I personally do not have issue with his appointment, but since now it has become a political issue, the last thing PTI government want is the likes of Khadim Rizvi on their arse over this matter. Its simply doesn't worth the risk with this gentleman and move on to next best candidate. Unless, he comes forward, and declare his allegiance to the constitution of Pakistan, which he SHOULD anyway, being a citizen of Pakistan.

At the end of the day, its PTI own fault, putting themselves and this man in tight spot , should have done their back ground checks.

If he declare himself and surrender before constitution of Pakistan, there wont be any lawful objections to his appointment.

He only needs to do what others are doing nothing more nothing less

Then all advisors should take oath, like the PM and president of Pakistan does, giving allegiance and submission to the constitution of Pakistan.

Can you point to exactly where it says in the constitution of Pakistan where only a Muslim can be a Pakistani citizen?

If laws are made for it i got no problem with that but as of now i dont think that is the case

duh? what are you on about?

Do you understand your constitution? What does it say about Qadyanis?

What does your PM and president take oath on?

So if those guys are giving allegiance to the consitutions, there should be no harm in letting the advisors take oath and give allegiance to the constitution of Pakistan.

Afterall, you cannot be Pakistani citizens, regardless of your faith, if you do not believe in its constitution! Understand?

Everything is governed by the laws of state which are deduced by the constitution of Pakistan which is the supreme book of Pakistan, just below Quran and Hadeess.

If state of Pakistan think that his man is the right for the job, then let him take oath and submit to the constitution of Pakistan which he should anyway (if PM and Presidents can , they should should as well). If he got issues with that, that move to next best candidate. Simple!

You said Atif Mian should declare allegiance to the constitution of Pakistan and I asked you what part of the constitution says that he cannot be Ahmedi and Pakistani at the same time.

Now don't run away child, show me where in the constitution it says if a person is Ahmedi he cannot be a Pakistani citizen.

Kiddo, your constitution declare Qadyani as non-Muslims aka Kaffirs. Its NOT about citizenship you dumbass.

If your PM and President are taking oath and submitting to the constitution of Pakistan, this man, along with all other advisors should/must do the same, which by default imply that he agrees with the constitution of Pakistan where it says that he belongs to the minority. This will solve this issue and comply with all the legalities. But if he got issues with that, move to the next possible candidate.

My friend I know what you are trying to say. I agree he should work as the constitution states. No regarding him getting this post there is no issue. If keep the religion aside this man is as much Pakistani as you and me. It is his right to do this job if he is capable enough.
