correct me if I misunderstand, but by the next 100 days, these things will be done right, so TSK will receive 5 TB-2 in 100 days ?

If that is the case then it's truly impressive. but perhaps it's suppose to be understood in a different way, that SSM will take steps in the above mentioned areas.
