i think indian 50 percent IT exports include such scams based income,I also received emails from indians in my spam box multiple times but as we are not much rich like western public I not spend money on such emails due to less funds available as I have to spend money wisely to meet budgets.

Its no doubt a huge industry.They earn billions of dollars annually from tech support scams. Enough money to buy 3 more squadrons of sukhois and rafales.
