A year ago an Indian scammer squirted poo on my shoe! Ever since then I've been trying to capture this scam on camera. I finally did it! The naughty poo-on-shoe scammer, Mr Poo, sneaks up behind unsuspecting tourists in New Delhi and squirts poop on their shoes then offers to clean it off for a crazy amount of money.

A year ago an Indian scammer squirted poo on my shoe! Ever since then I've been trying to capture this scam on camera. I finally did it! The naughty poo-on-shoe scammer, Mr Poo, sneaks up behind unsuspecting tourists in New Delhi and squirts poop on their shoes then offers to clean it off for a crazy amount of money. This time he squirted my friend less than a minute after I warned him this was the area of Delhi that Mr Poo operates.

Yeah, I couldn't believe it either! And luckily, whenever I go through this area, I'm always filming to catch scammers. According to online posts, this scam has been operating around Palika Bazaar since at least 2005.

Mr Poo spends his day walking around the outside streets of Palika Bazaar stalking foreign guests to India. He strikes with his poop-shooter when the road isn't so busy or if he has something like a pillar to hide behind. He's cautious not to let too many people see his work. After he scammed my friend, I kept following him and captured him also attacking a British couple. They had no idea. I watched the entire thing. From him bending down to squirt the poo on the man's shoe to approaching them with the shoe cleaner. Precisely the same thing that happened to my friend and me. If you want to do something about this, share this video with the Delhi Police. It's their job to stop this guy from pooping on more foreigners shoes!

Exactly, it is across the board in India the scamming thing, whoever gets a chance do it at the first opportunity.

The Netas do it with the poor masses in India, the Indian govt. do it with the controlled politicians and biz people.

Just as they think lying and compulsive lying is a good thing and shows how smart they are.

It's not that Indians have an intolerance for honesty, but they do have an alarming tolerance for dishonesty. This deeply rooted cultural behavior comes from a desire to be polite, but on a daily basis and on a massive scale, this tolerance for dishonesty is holding India back from realizing its full potential in the world. This is because Indians are taught from a very early age that it is impolite to say no. Fair enough. The most maddening situation for me in which dishonesty is tolerated is when good people lie to my face out of pure ego. But here's the problem: the Indian tolerance for dishonesty severely erodes any concept of accountability. Also, Indian tolerance for dishonesty severely erodes any concept of justice. This is why we have Feb fake surgical strike and when we retaliate on Feb 27 it dent into their pride, but because of no concept of accountability of Indian society, they brought bongi news with fake claims of the downing of F-16 which make Indian national insulate in the entire western community.

The judicial system in India suffers intolerably because of this tolerance for dishonesty. In many--too many--parts of this country it's the "Wild Wild East of Sanghis". You can do whatever you want, break any law you want and have little fear of retribution.

It's okay to say no sometimes. It's important to say no sometimes. When saying no out of politeness leads to dishonesty, things simply can't get done.

Lying and falsehood has short shelf life and has no legs, yes for the pride and ego IAF lied to the nation about 27th feb events, and think Modi and company made IAF lie about the event so as to fake chest thump.

But deep down IAF people knew about the actual events and they knew they are lying to the Indian nation, that erodes lots of self esteem and self belief from them, must be. The reason it is much prudent to accept the reality and work towards ending shortcomings.

But in India as you have written falsehood and lies are tolerated, not only tolerated but appreciated as well, and can get you promotions too. The reason Indian institutions are getting abysmal and incompetent by the day.
