ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has been moved through a petition, calling for restrictions on the soon to-be retired chief of the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt General Ahmed Shuja Pasha from leaving Pakistan, DawnNews reported on Tuesday.
Advocate Tariq Asad in his petition argued that Pasha was responsible of missing of more than 3000 people in the coutry.
The ISI chief is about to retire on March 18.
The petition further said that the name of the ISI-chief should be put on Exit Control List (ECL) to prevent him leaving the country after he retires, adding that his presence could help in the investigation of missing persons case.
The federation had also been made party in the application through Secretary Defence.
