Nobody said that, be fair. We always knew the Utaybis were an excption!

Joking Akhi!

Congrats to the guy.

Thaqeef FTW. LoL. Actually a lot pf people DO imply that notion. But compare the older generation with the new one. KSA can be classified into three generations. The first generation was mostly illiterate (Really 80% couldn't even read and write). Second generation were mostly dropped into Primary education after Educating them with Egyptian teachers mostly with little Pakistani thrown in but now complete Saudization of the primary education role is finished (This generation was never meant to lead the country to industrialization or high skill demanding jobs and the whole "Saudi incompetence" myth came because of this generation they did however complete a very important step in this country's advancement) The third generation the one graduating from Universities now and compose 60% of the entire country's population is intended to lead individualization and high skill jobs growth and they carry the greatest burden to advance this country.

I really envy the fourth generation they will have it all easy for them.

So as I said before the future is ours for the taking and we are working for it and note the high speed of which the country's development has finished from 80% illiterate percentage in the 60s and 70s to now.

Good on him and good on the people of the KSA to have progressed in training and education. We hope the future is bright for you all.

.
so what whats your point? An Iranian just won a world award for his work on cancer....
LOL you talk like its hard to become a graduate...

Anyway well done to him.

Congratulations to him! It is very important for KSA to have highly trained NCO's, Non-Commissioned Officers. The heart and soul of a modern fighting force is a professional NCO corps. The Army model that consists of educated officers leading large numbers of uneducated draftees is a recipe for disaster and rarely works well. Having dedicated NCO's with the authority to make decisions increases the efficiency of a fighting force enormously.

It looks like the KSA is making a transition to this style of organization.

We need to prove ourselves in the world field. That will happen in time. If things go the way they are that will change.
