human dignity found in the Qur’an and then discusses topics pertaining to or resulting from human dignity: the physical and spiritual nobility of man; God’s love for humanity; the sanctity of life; and the necessity for freedom, equality and accountability.
--

On a more general note, the Prophet declared in a hadith that ‘people are God’s children and those dearest to God are the ones who treat His children kindly’.
The Qur’an and Sunnah normally refer to people as God’s servants (‘ibad Allah), but here they are elevated to the status of God’s beloved children, which naturally conveys a more dignified status.
In the physical world, according to the worldview of Islam, there is no place on earth holier than the House of God, the Ka’ba. Yet the Prophet drew the following parallel to express the extent of the dignity of the believers. The Prophet, while facing the Ka’ba, said:
You are most pure and most dignified, but by the One in whose hands Muhammad’s life reposes, the sanctity and honour of a believer, his life and his property, is far greater than yours in the eyes of God.
These clear affirmations of the dignity of man are in turn endorsed in a variety of other contexts in the Qur’an and Sunnah, one of which is the basic unity in the creation of mankind, and its equality in the eyes of the Creator.

The translation of at least one of the words in the hadith that you have mentioned is not correct.

Post the original hadith in arabic please and if you wrongly translate even one word,it changes the entire meaning.

Human beings are creation/servants/slaves/abd of ALLAH and not His children.

Human kind is called "bani Adam" meaning children of Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) in Holy Quran.

ALLAH most Exalted tells us about Himself in Holy Quran.

In the Name of ALLAH
, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful!

Say, "He is ALLAH , [who is] One,

ALLAH , the Eternal Refuge.

He neither begets nor is born,

Nor is there to Him any equivalent.

(Holy Quran,Chapter 112)

When a person hears the word children then words such as sons and daughters come in his mind and ALLAH the Most Exalted has got no children/sons and daughters and no parents.

"He is ALLAH , other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is ALLAH above whatever they associate with Him."
(Holy Quran,Chapter 59,verse 23)

Fail, he is bullying a Muslim. not a non Muslim.

Further fail, this is a road rage incident, which happen all over the world, if some amateur driver hit my car i'll beat his a$$ too, so basically you comparing a woman that got killed because of her religion to a road rage incident that has nothing to do with religion

what i wanted to convey is this line and mesage
you are most pure and most dignified, but by the One in whose hands Muhammad’s life reposes, the sanctity and honour of a believer, his life and his property, is far greater than yours in the eyes of God.

Well DNA evidence is not allowed in Pakistan. so what do you do if there is no witness?

CII rules out DNA as primary evidence in rape cases - Pakistan - DAWN.COM

ISLAMABAD: The Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) on Monday decreed DNA tests unacceptable as primary evidence in rape cases, but said they could be considered as supporting evidence.
Even in Western law Primary evidence is testimony and DNA does sit in supporting evidence... not sure why you being hyper :pop:
