So i guess yea deals will still be signed why would anything change now. If deals were postponed there would've been a lot of hooha by now.

Yeah it's true, deal will be signed. The delay for Indian "chest thumping" as usual, and signing a deal is to burst the chest thumping by Pakistan as always.
