In a precedent, a Saudi newspaper referred to what can be described as the dark side of the case of the escape of Saudi young woman Rahaf al-Qunun from her family in Kuwait to Thailand, and from there to Canada where she was granted asylum.

The Saudi writer Hani al-Dhaheri said on the pages of "Okaz" that after the media fuss over the escape of the Rahaf, "began a sensation of another kind in the accounts of Canadians on popular networks and websites in Canada.. Many see that the taxes that are deducted from their salaries by their government should not be spent on teenage escapades from their wealthy families in the Middle East, and drug addicts who are solely used for transient political propaganda of the Trudeau government, which ignores the rights of Canadians on its territory, and has been waging a media war against Saudi Arabia since last year.

The writer referred to the anger of Canadian citizens over the "secret sister" campaign, which finally decided to "collect donations for the Saudi fugitive girl Rahaf to help her aleviate the poverty and misery that she will live in Canada, limiting the amount of donations required to collect for her to $100 thousand dollars before being surprised by the reluctance of Canadians About the donation and their attack on the organization and the fugitive girl with sharp comments, so that the amount collected within 20 days of the launch of the donation campaign did not exceed 7 thousand dollars, which is not even enough to rent a room in the Canadian capital for two months.

The article monitored Canadian comments on gofundme and Twitter, indicating that the secret fundraising campaign was "Fake", and she should find jobs in restaurants, cafes and nightclubs and stop begging online to buy the drugs for which she fled.

"This girl boasts of appearing on television and in the newspapers, displaying her information through her account at Snapshat [a reference to a picture of her account showing marijuana abuse]. She feels like a star, do not give these people your hard earned money, they are not, In need", he said.

The article also cited a comment by a female employee named Um Abdurrahman who singled out the "secret sister" and its activity in raising funds for Rahaf. "They seem to be relatives of Rahaf and have good knowledge of her," she said.

And in the same context she addressed Rahaf al-Qunun, saying to her:"Tell the minister and those who support you that you were serviced and staffed, that you were living in a palace ... I hope they will provide you a quarter of what you lived in."

The Saudi writer concluded by asking broad questions: "Is the life of begging and homelessness that may end up with the girl as a waitress in a nightclub to serve the drunkards and gangsters is the pink life she was dreaming of ..? Is it the life that they promised her by manipulating her mind over the Internet, taking advantage of her young age to force her to flee her homeland and her loving family? Is this what the defenders of rights want to defend of those who trade slogans ?! "

She is a junkie with daddy issues. Retarted neo-liberal Trudeau bought into the whole "oppressed moslem women" BS.
Let her experience harsh life.. she might go back crying to her daddy.. unless she goes to school to save her future.. but the grants are very low in Canada, they start to be decent at the Master's level..

Also 67% of Canadians have no hope for retirement savings.. and more than 70% are pessimistic about their finances..

I know there was something which was missing from the story ...

I watched her interview and she was very unreasonable. She said i was exposed to violance . When asked which sort of violence ? She said my mother used to force me to do house chores... wht ?? A saudi girl (that of a well established family) is asked to do house chores...??? And she claim this is violance. :undecided:

Trudeau is acting like a kid.
I see so many legal migrants who painfully work a lot to stay there (and pay a lot) when illegal migrants or people like her get much more .
Anyway don't you think that it is because the bad relationships Saudi and Canada have with another?

One day or another she gonna feel homesick then kaun medad karu randi

Both Saudis and Canadians are wrong about this situation. Canada should have never publicized this so much. It will affect her family reputation and likely cause the family and the girl to seperate and end all contact. Saudi Arabia is approaching it in a bad way too, smear the girl as drug addict and make it seem like political fued. Now her parents feel responsible for this political situation and likely not going to contact her in order not to upset their countrymen.

Muslims dont need to comment on this. Just because she is Muslim in background does not give you justification to bash her as a bad girl. In Islam this kind of thing should remain more private and if there was just Islamic leadership they would at least try working out the problem between the family.

Forget what she does in her personal life, which we don't even know. Yet many are slandering her for imaginary sins which btw Allah will recall you for on judgement day if you unlawfully accuse others of sins. She's a young girl who was curious about a different lifestyle and the only difference between her and other some other young people in Muslim world is she left to seek asylum maybe because she was frightened by her father who didn't want his family reputation damaged. She is not affecting Islam or going after it, there are no reasons to attack her.

But, now after she sees the reaction from random Muslims around the world and her own childish government/media I'm sure she's even more reluctant to resolve this issue with her parents. So well done people. I'm sure youre proud of how you keep pushing some Muslims away from Islam with your irrational and unislamic behavior. If you aren't able to resolve the issue with her and her family let other qualified people try to do so in private.
