Saudi jets attack Pakistani boat off Yemen, kill six sailors
NationalABOUT 1 HOUR AGO BY MONITORING REPORT

At least six Pakistani sailors have reportedly been killed after a Saudi airstrike targeted their boat off the Yemeni coast.

The Saudi jets targeted a boat carrying 12 Pakistani sailors off Mukha coast in the Yemeni province of Ta’izz on Sunday, Yemen’s Saba news agency said.

According to the report, the other six sailors are still unaccounted for.

The deadly strike comes as the Riyadh regime continues its brutal military campaign against neighboring Yemen, which was launched in March 2015 to reinstall the former Yemeni government.

Yemen’s former president Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi has ordered a major assault on the country’s Red Sea coast against Houthi Ansarullah fighters and allied army forces, which have been defending the nation against a deadly Saudi offensive.

Reports said on Sunday that Saudi warplanes had intensified their air raids on the province of Ta’izz, which has witnessed heavy fighting on the ground between pro-Hadi militants and Yemeni armed forces in recent days.

Meanwhile, a child was killed as Saudi fighter jets bombed residential buildings in the province of Sa’ada.

The girl’s father and two of her brothers were also injured in the attack, which targeted the province’s district of Razih.

In the same province, another airstrike hit the Baqim district and left a Yemeni woman dead and two children wounded.

The Saudi military aggression has left at least 11,400 civilians dead, according to the latest tally by a Yemeni monitoring group.

. .
no other than quoted source, reported the event that I would say, we need to wait for more details into such account.

However, many question arises that what a Pakistani boat was doing there? or

These were the recruited guys like we had news about Hazara Bradari etc for fighting in Syria on behalf of Iran as the same supports Yemen Houthis as well so the link could be established but after verifiable news.

or it could be an attempt to bitter the ties between Pakistan & Saudi Government over any possible support in future w.r.t. Yemen conflict. So many factors are into play that we cannot discount such possibilities.

If Saudi troops were in Yemen there would be friendly fire every day

Smuggling weapons for IRGC

If we assume that this news is even true to begin with (the source appears to be some Farsi low IQ Mullah drivel) and if your theory is correct, then I guess, good riddance.

Saudis did bomb a blind school so i dont have high expectations from them

No such thing ever occurred.

If Saudi troops were in Yemen there would be friendly fire every day

Been there since day 1 and unlike the Iraqi army and militia that lost almost 1/2 of their country to a few thousand ISIS members (and besides that have been killing each other nonstop since 2003 and even way before) they have liberated 80% of Yemen. A country bigger than Iraq and much more challenging geography wise (mountainous unlike flat landscape and desert) and against a much more heavily armed enemy in the most armed country in the world after the US. Losing less than 300 soldiers in the process.

Can't say the same about the Iraqi army/militias. If anyone is in doubt they can watch the videos that ISIS publish.

In one of their recent videos young French teenagers of Moroccan/Algerian/Tunisian ancestry with almost no military training and limited sniping skills, killed at least 30 Iraqi soldiers. The video appears to be filmed within 1 single day.

Something about stones, glass, house and all that.

When it come to mass-casualties no armies do it better than the Iraqi/Syrian "armies" of late. That's for sure. Cannon fodder reaches a whole new meaning.
