Saudi Arabia urges its nationals to leave Lebanon 'immediately'

Saudi Arabia has asked its nationals residing in Lebanon to leave immediatly in a travel warning issued on Thursday, November 9.

The travel warning also called for Saudi nationals not to travel to Lebanon from any point of origin.

This follows a similar warning issued by the Kingdom of Bahrain on November 5 urghing its nationals residing in Lebanon to leave immediately and to "exercise caution.”

The Bahraini call came a day after Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri announced his resignation.

The Bahraini foreign ministry said in a statement received by AFP that its call was "in the interest of its citizens’ safety and to avoid any risks they may be exposed due to the conditions and developments” that Lebanon is going through.

Hezbollah was good for Lebanon to counter Usraeli aggressions..but the line should be drawn for it not to interfere in other Arab countries affairs or be played with as a proxy against them.. it is a purely Lebanese political party with an armed hand/branch and was/is necessary for Lebanese security and stability..

The problem is not sudden..KSA accuses Hezbollah of being an Iranian proxy helping the Houthis in Yemen getting weapons of all sorts along with training experts..much before this Hezbollah threatened to kill Saudis citizens in Lebanon.. Saad Al Harriri also said that he felt his life was in danger_not to forget that his father was assassinated in Lebanon_ by a huge explosion..

When these rumours about Harriri being withheld in KSA, some news with photos appeared confirming that he was on a visit the UAE.. which nullifies the rumours..

Why then this sudden boycott of Lebanon?

Reason is simple. Although nothing changed in Lebanon, but things did get change in Syria and the Saudi backed Jihadists lost the war in Syria. Therefore, Saudia is acting like this and creating Drama in Lebanon at this time.
