I Think They Stopped Liking Him After Finding Out The Kind Of Scumbag He Is

No... Nawaz Sharif was their useful idiot. They knew he was dumber than a door knob... They used him... Then when he became a useless liability they discarded him like a used condom...

Only people like poor @Tameem still keep worshiping him...

Hey liar, Pakistan needed at least three votes how come China abstained...Bhindi media again spreading false news.
Which is why I posted the link and eurasian times isn't Indian media. I'm well aware you wouldn't believe any international media unless it suits your narrative but but but

here are a couple of pakistani and international sources which state Beijing abstained from voting with the first one being from your very own DAWN

Saudi asked for membership in fatf after Pakistan was put in grey list!

Seems that this was part of the deal. KSA voted against Pakistan for its own benefit. This backstabbing has caused economic, political, and legal harm to Pakistan's national interests. Shame on KSA.

Now the question is this, will KSA get two votes? One vote by itself and a second by GCC?

Do you have any shame? KSA hosts the largest Pakistani expat community in the world (been the case for decades) that the Pakistani economy heavily relies on, KSA funded the Pakistani nuclear program, funded and funds the military for decades, bails out Pakistan economically for decades (favorable loans and at times outright donations), the deep states of each respective country have closer ties than any other country that Pakistan has ties with and for longer etc.

KSA did not have any independent vote until 24 hours ago. How many times must that be stated? Go read my previous posts and that of your fellow compatriots who are not blindly by Arab-obsession or some kind of inferiority complex.

Another reason why I prefer Iran and Turkey over the Gulf Arabs

You are in the very small minority and in any case Saudi Arabians are not "Gulf Arabs". There is no such thing. It is Arabs, Arabians or people of Eastern Arabia that happen to speak a Khaliji Arabic dialect that is spoken by people from Southern Iran to Northern Oman. Not only that the post that you are quoting is utter nonsense.

KSA helps bankroll the Pakistani economy, Imran Khan has visited KSA more than any other country and the usual deep state ties, yet we are to believe that KSA (a country that had no independent vote less than 24 hours ago) voted against Pakistan months or years ago when KSA had no vote, lol.

Hey liar, Pakistan needed at least three votes how come China abstained...Bhindi media again spreading false news.

See my previous posts (thanked by numerous Pakistani users). A few select users (not representatives of Pakistanis at all not even the diaspora in the West where those people are based) and their propaganda is what it is. Has no ground on earth. Notice that they have the exact same agenda as the 2 Indian users in this thread. To create some kind of baseless "online hostility", lol.

That part of the article was referring to last years (2nd) vote for grey list. Turkey was only one that supported Pakistan, China abstained....and KSA (through GCC vote) voted against Pakistan. These were the earlier three that supported Pakistan in the very first vote to keep it off the grey list.

For preventing move to black list, the three countries so far supporting Pakistan are China, Turkey and Malaysia.

You keep parroting the nonsense of GCC = KSA. The GCC is made up of 6 independent countries. Many of whom have totally opposite policies nowadays. Do I need to mention the KSA-Qatari dispute for starters or Oman's neutrality and that country's strategic ties with India on the military field? Convenient to blabber about a GCC vote equaling a KSA vote (not the case in reality nor technically) when said KSA was without an independent vote until 24 hours ago. When KSA actually votes for or against Pakistan we can have this discussion until then it is a waste of time.
The extend that some people go to create some narrative that fits their agenda is baffling.

Saudi Arabia abandons earlier support for Islamabad under pressure from Washington; Turkey stands firm

https://www.dawn.com/news/1416630

By then, Washington had convinced Riyadh to give up its support to Pakistan in return for a full FATF membership. This left only two – China and Turkey – in the Pakistan camp, one less than the required number of three members to stall a move.

At this stage, the Chinese informed Islamabad that they were opting out as they did not want to “lose face by supporting a move that’s doomed to fail”, an official source had told Dawn.

https://www.trtworld.com/magazine/is-pakistan-losing-its-long-standing-allies--15727

But after Asif’s tweet the US diplomats went out of their way, cajoling and demanding, other members to withdraw their support to Islamabad.

In the end, China and Saudi Arabia backed out and Turkey alone stood by Islamabad.

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan faced a big diplomatic setback at the international forum of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) when it's closest allies Saudi Arabia and China dropped its support at the last moment.

Pakistan found itself on the watchlist of the global terror financing watchdog on Friday evening after a dramatic volte face by two of its three principal backers.

After the United States negotiated with China, and got Saudi Arabia to lean on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on Thursday, only Turkey was left standing with Pakistan as the plenary meeting of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) ended in Paris.

Take it is easy... this forum is owned by Saudi haters.... and they are leading groundless propaganda against Saudi Arabia from years.

Pakistan is on grey list because of the current Iranian puppet govt. of Pakistan, cabinet members are facilitating transfer of $ on daily basis to Iran & Iraq.

Saudi Arabia should set additional conditions to the remittances being sent to Pakistan, to make sure terrorist countries like Iran and India get least of it.

It will not be wrong to say that Pakistanis are doing money laundering openly, while surprisingly no international body is pointing it out.
When it's so open than we can assume, all of CIA and RAW knows as well, but they are not courting Pakistan or it's minister for it. WHY? Isn't US suppose to curb transfer of millions of $ to Iran and Iraq, which are eventually ending up in hands of Isis !!!!

Who gives a flying **** about what some biased and uniformed media is blabbering about of speculation? Not the first nor the last time that they have no clue.

KSA had no independent vote until 24 hours ago. That is the only relevant fact.
Rest is at best speculation that makes no sense when it comes to EVERYTHING else that has been ongoing in that same time period in regards to KSA-Pakistan ties (KSA once again bailing out Pakistan economically and coming to its aid, KSA continuing to host the largest Pakistani expat community in the world, Imran Khan visiting KSA more often than any other foreign country, the deep state of both respective countries working closely together on KSA's ballistic missile program jointly with China etc.)

I am still waiting for any confirmation of an GCC vote equaling KSA. Please find sources, documents, papers or reports from FATF itself. TRT (Erdogan state news propaganda by large), Dawn, Washington Post (really, post-Khashoggi?) and Times of Islamabad parroting Dawn is what it is. It should be very easy to find statements of FATF that confirm what you are saying namely that GCC's vote (not aware of GCC being a member of FAFT when KSA became the first Arab country to be a member less than 24 hours ago) equals KSA magically.

Well bro, I am aware of that and even more aware of PDF being representative for maybe at most 5% of Pakistanis if that can do it. It is no secret. Pakistani users openly talk about it. Let us not forget the nature of this forum either. "My father is stronger than your father" rhetoric or the plain agendas that many users have here. Ground realities have no value only what individual x or y imagines or wants to imagine. That obviously includes propaganda and hypocrisy on steroids as seen in this thread and 100's of others. This explains why Pakistani's closest allies (Arabs) have mostly left this forum and other allies (Turks) similarly.

.
Any so called Pakistani, who has ever carried a single $ from Pakistan to Iran is a traitor and those who has transferred and/or carried hundreds and thousands of $ to Iran from Pakistan or directly from GCC and Saudi (hundi business) are actually enemies of Pakistan. All they are wolves in the skin of sheep.

Shameless govt. of Pakistan care not about those who send $ home but they have made an Iranian lackey in charge of $ billions of remittances from GCC and Saudia.
Ladies and gentleman meet the naya Pakistan, busy serving ''Pakistan'':

OK so you know something above and beyond the diplomats and sources at the scene and all the media don't...can't really argue against that then.

Look in the end I see Saudi Arabia as just another country with its interests.

Its clear the Pak-KSA relationship has altered quite a lot since Pakistan did not commit to the Yemen war at the level KSA clearly wanted. You yourself can go and find and dig up all the threads....there was pretty nasty conversation from all sides as you can imagine. @MastanKhan

I don't see anyone "backstabbing" anyone here, its just looking out for your interests in the end (and hence US eventually convinced KSA/GCC...whatever interplay you want to argue there.... to vote against Pakistan in FATF).

Its very likely KSA/GCC would not have done that had Pakistan commited fully to Yemen conflict as KSA requested. I mean its costing Pakistan 10 billion dollars a year (their own minister estimate) w.r.t current FATF based sanctions (being on grey list).

I mean we can simply wait now and see later this year how the voting goes w.r.t Saudi arabia on this issue. No more "GCC" excuses now right...you are full independent member...so let us see.

But in mean time, you simply will find members and even mods have a perspective from evidence so far:

https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/fatf...-it-thanks-to-3-nations.624054/#post-11560089

https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/saud...-action-task-force-fatf.624195/#post-11562487

So it probably not worth getting to heated over it or trying to convince everyone against what the media articles and whatever nuance you want to portray in the actual vote results so far.
