Likely somewhat staged as they ALL (about 25 people) gave permission to use their faces otherwise you'd see a few blurred out. It's almost impossible to get everybody in an unstaged room to sign permission to use their face in something non-news. Even Google maps has to blur out faces.

I've been on tv a few times for both news and non-news and background people in non-news usually wont sign.
