Few Interesting Points by me regarding this case:

Case 1) Modi govt. is intentionally delaying or derailing the case to meet the fate of Mumbai Trials in Pakistan, showing middle finger to constitutional obligation of India to pursue justice irrespective of implications (well who cares for justice anyways, US marines butchered entire block of civilians in Iraq, all found guilty in inquiry and not a single marine lost the job, forget facing trial).

Advantage:
Will aggravate Pakistan as most victims were Pakistani citizens, can be used as leverage to speed up Mumbai trial (though highly unlikely as nobody in Pak or India cares about Justice, everyone is busy in point scoring) but at the very least it will irritate Pakistan.

Disadvantage:
Will be a blot on the strong judicial system. Irrespective of my political affiliation I would not like that to see on my strong, independent judicial system.
Counter productive against the soft image of India of acting tough on militants irrespective of place of origin in International arena. (but who cares about International image anymore? everyone is butchering innocent and more so the so called champions of Human rights in Syria and Iraq).

Case 2) Charges are False(though chances are less of this but congress can do anything) and Congress govt. like in Ishrat Jahan Case intentionally tried to implicate some RSS-related man to defame whole organization which they are trying to do from the beginning.

Well in case 2 nobody can stop Asimanand and others to walk out free, irrespective of Modi govt. or not. It won't stand in court, a sympathetic govt. will just make it easier.



Well, the world is turning heavily into "might is right" direction, it's a worrisome development for our futures generations and yet every nation is contributing more and more to it.

When was Raheel invited last time to congressional speech? forget speech, when was he invited in US (invited not summoned).


Do I need to tell the recent certificate given to Pakistan as whole by same US and its senators? This include you, your brothers, sister and parents, declaring all of them as terrorists? Is that certificate enough for you?

Why? You want to work it one way only? IF USA says someone is terrorist, you go bonkers. But if it is about Modi, you start raising questions.
