THIS MAN EARNS HIS MONEY WITH SCARING PEOPLE

APPEARED ON GERMAN NEWSPAPER

Everyone knows the film of David Lynch about a man, based on a true story, who looks like a monster bcz of a really rare syndrome.
Sadly a Pakistani got this illness, Neurofibromatose. His body is full of gigantic bubonic, and people call him Klingon, make fun of him. This man is homeless and analphabet, he earns his money sadly with scaring people. He lives in Narowal, which is 100km away off Lahore, where he stands at the edge of a highway and gets money from car drivers who he scares, the drivers give him money bcz of having mercy with him.

I translated this part of the News, It is really sad, we should pray for him, how he is treated by fellow pakistanis! No Newspaper showed his life, only a german showed it! Shame on Pak media!

Die traurige Geschichte eines Pakistaners: Dieser ?Klingonen-Mann? lebt davon, Leute zu erschrecken - Bild.de

There is no possible treatment for such things, it is beyond the field of medicine and science of the early 21st century. Performing surgery on him is something highly dangerous, considering sensitive blood vessels, and other such things...I don't claim to be a professional Doctor though.

It is best if this man is laid to rest. Sorry but it is the sad reality.

I know this person. Well, not personally, but I've seen him in Lahore a LOT. He's still in Lahore. You can find him begging for money at 'Kalmah Chowk' in Lahore.

I advice all the Lahori's that if you want to help this man, always buy him food/drinks etc because it's a possibility that money given to him might be used for buying drugs.

God bless him.

with all due respect but i think it will be good for him if he is peacfully put to sleep. i am not trying to be rude but such people are not accepted in todays society and he is deliberately selling his body for money.
- weak hearted people are extreamly disharted to see such people
- some morons try to poke fun at such people
- begger mafias take advantage and see it a great way of income. (reminds me of *** children where normal children are forced to being *** children by forcing them to wear steal boul.
thats just sick.

Hey why stop there? why not kill people who are ugly? or have spots, how about the infirm? or the mentally disabled? After all people like Stephen Hawking or Mozart gave nothing to the world right?

Or maybe stupid ignorant people can change their perceptions? How about that one?

Interesting view point.

I will try to put things in perspective, well people who are ugly, have spots, infirm, and mentally disabled are more likely to be accepted in today's society. There are institutions and hospitals that are build to provide comfort, care, and support to such people. Society is generally more tolerant of people who are "ugly", have sports, infirm, and the other things you mentioned.

But understand this is an extraordinary a very extreme and highly rare cases that is beyond the field of medicine & science of the 21st century to heal, treat, or cure, there simply is no hope for this man (even the article mentioned this disease as "incurable"). For people who are ugly there is plastic surgery, make up, and other options, for spots there are skin treatments, for mentally disabled there is therapy and even brain rehabilitation and in the nearby future better surgery operations that may treat the mentally disabled better, etc...

There simply is no hope for this man, none what so ever. Also I found your connection linking this story with Stephen Hawking and Mozart quite farfetched and invalid, will all due respect. Even though those men struggled and faced challenges from their society they were talented, this guy (one in the article) makes a living from scaring people...

"Or maybe stupid ignorant people can change their perceptions? How about that one?"

Also please refrain from personal attacks and insults, just because others differ with your opinion doesn't mean they are necessarily "stupid ignorant people". Besides it makes for an unhealthy debate. The world is filled with difference in opinion. You openly condemn others for personal attacks and insults, yet you openly indulge in the same poison yourself...

I expect better from our Super Moderators. With all due respect.

Thanks for your pontificating A1kaid as usual you talk a load of crap..I am sorry but I have had enough of small minded bigots Who suggest "putting a person to sleep" because they are deformed. The man may be capable of many things but would never be able to realise them because of small minded bigots.
Any person who defends such a view is a vile human being who is more deserving of being "put to sleep"

@growler and A1Kaid,

There is no terms to describe you people, there is no sense of humanity. If one persone is not important for you then human population is not important for you.

Please don't judge others in this manner, are you out of your mind? You seriously are going to question our humanity? Our sense of humanity?

You sir are very emotional.

This comment is not in accurate context and you are again falsely judging me and growler.

My position is I don't have much right to decide this man's life if he wishes to live that is his decision, if he wishes to be laid to rest because life for this poor man is extremely miserable then that too is his decision.

But please don't go to the extent you are questioning our sense of humanity, that is truly extreme.

He is quite within his rights to use the word he did based upon the words you wrote above....Your sense of humanity is more than lacking. Once again you try to defend the indefensible and use the excuse of playing devils advocate...

Well this post sure comes as a surprise...

All of my posts stand firm, I replied to your first post of questions. You may continue to blow the trumpet of me having no sense of humanity, because quite really that is all you are left with, illogical personal smears of the lowest taste. I expect nothing less and nothing more.

Indeed it is a new day on this forum where members believe they have the right to go around questioning people's sense of humanity. The remarks I made give no justification whatsoever to do this, but then again I expect nothing less.

Anyways I don't need any approval from others whether I have a sense of humanity or not, I know my nature and beliefs.

Anyways I hope this poor man finds some relief, but I'm afraid there is little hope. Others may continue to make arguments solely from the heart but that will limit your chance to grasp the solid reality we are dealing with. There is little hope for this man, the disease is "incurable" even the article admits this, you cannot fight such a disease even with the great developments of science & medicine in the 21st century...

I will end on this note, my position is this and may nobody be allowed to tell you what my position is. I have little right to decide whether this man should live or not, if he chooses to live it is his decision, if he chooses to be laid to rest because life is extremely miserable for him is his decision too.

Absolute lack of tolerance!

First of all, he's not a dog who should be put to sleep. He's a human being. Please show some respect in the way you talk at least. Secondly, you have no right to decide if he gets to live or not — if he wants to, he has every right to it. Practice euthanasia all you want to, but don't dispense of it just like that.

As for people not being accepting, who cares! You don't stop living just because others find your appearance unacceptable. He wouldn't be selling his "body" if he was provided equal employment opportunities. Nobody, mind you, nobody wants to be treated like a "freak".

Stop being so hopeless! Neurofibromatosis is agreed quite severe here (with all the cranio-facial deformities) and there is no way to improve him cosmetically but there is always rehab.

Stop passing judgments without any validation. tau kya ab har uss insaan ko maar dalain jo hamain apnay say alag dikhta hai! Reminds me of the Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Why isn't anyone talking about sending him to a clinical psychologist/vocational centre/neurologist etc. Be constructive please.

Don't make me laugh you have never conquered anything here.....But hey good luck trying the "man of reason " routine...
