No. they have many rights under the Indian constitution (including article 370 which gives them more rights than any other state). However Self Determination is NOT one of the rights. They are free to form their own state govt as well as vote for their representatives in Indian Parliament but they are and will remain a part of India

there is nothing that Pakistan or its agents like Burhan Wani can do to change the Status Quo. Only way for Pakistan to "help" them is via an all out war and we are ready for a scorched earth policy

No, I hadn't noticed that toxic hatred. And it was toxic, not unflinching, just toxic. Nothing personal of course. You are entitled to your poisonous patches, beyond any doubt, but to convert your upright stances on sovereignty, terrorists and hypocritical bullcrap and double standards into a nation-wide blanket attitude might raise a psychiatric eyebrow or two. As they do get raised reading some of the comments made by BOTH sides of our own private brouhaha.
