Germany has officially announced that it will no longer provide Ukraine with heavy military equipment. This decision was confirmed by Chancellor Olaf Scholz during a public dialogue event in Prenzlau, where he stated that the country will not supply long-range weapons, specifically Taurus cruise missiles, regardless of NATO allies' decisions. Scholz emphasized that such deliveries pose a significant risk of escalating the conflict with Russia and reiterated that this policy will remain unchanged even if other nations choose to proceed differently.

This announcement comes amidst ongoing discussions among Western allies regarding military support for Ukraine. While the U.S. and the UK have recently increased their military aid, Germany's stance appears to be more cautious, reflecting concerns about potential escalation in the warr. Scholz's comments highlight a broader hesitation within Germany to engage in providing heavy weaponry that could reach deep into Russian territory, which he believes could exacerbate tensions further.

An episode of the battle of the Russian assault group from Samara, in the Pokrovsky direction. The assault group, consisting of a BTR-82A and a buggy, was tasked with landing troops. The video shows the assault group breaking through to a populated area and landing troops. During the retreat of the BTR-82A, it was attacked by five Ukrainian FPV drones. It is unknown how, but the Russian BTR-82A withstood all five attacks. The BTR-82A is equipped with a homemade protection system called "Mangal", but due to the low quality of the video, the elements of the protection cannot be seen. The video is shortened, only the key moments of the battle are shown.

Footage of the Russian FPV drone "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky", controlled via fiber optic cable. In the video, the FPV drone "Vandal" attacks the rear of a Ukrainian T-72AMT tank. The T-72AMT tank is an updated version of the Soviet T-72 tank, produced in 2017 at the Kiev Armored Plant. Many upgrades have been made to the tank. In terms of protection, the tank is close to the Russian T-72B3 tanks. Please note that when the drone attacks, a Ukrainian pickup truck with electronic warfare systems can be seen on the road, but since the drone is controlled via fiber optic cable, the electronic warfare does not affect it. As a result of the drone strike, the T-72AMT tank was destroyed, it is unknown whether the crew managed to leave the tank. The video was filmed in the border area of the Kursk region of Russia.

There are increasing signs that some Ukranian operation is planned on Transnistria region. As a precaution the Russia-connected forces there should be modified as guerilla units like Hamas-Hezbollah type of ambush operations. Also some training should be given them from online about building fpv drones, attaching grenades, rpgs on fpv quad-copter drones that is if Russian support cannot reach them directly. High possibility of high Ukranian casualties in addition to the risk of focused bombing on Odessa region by Russian aviation-cruise missiles would deter and stop a possible operation against that region in my opinion.

Russian army training to defeat sea drones. This video is unique in that a real Ukrainian sea drone MAGURA V5 is used as a target. In the video, Russian servicemen practice the skills of defeating a sea drone using FPV drones. It is unknown how the Russian army received a working Ukrainian sea drone MAGURA V5. The drone is presumably equipped with a Starlink satellite Internet system.

An episode of a battle in the Kursk region of Russia, which is currently unexplained. In the video, an unknown armored personnel carrier, similar to the BTR-82A, drove out to meet two tanks. After which, the tank fired point-blank at the armored personnel carrier, as a result of which the APC's turret was torn off. In the video, you can see that the APC crew left the combat vehicle, one of the soldiers calmly walked past the tank, the rest went in the other direction, but the second tank tried to hit them. The video does not show any insignia on the equipment, and it is also impossible to determine who the soldiers are. Perhaps one of the sides fired at their own equipment.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Ukraine is currently at war with three countries: Russia, Iran, and North Korea. This assertion highlights the multifaceted nature of Ukraine's ongoing conflict, which has evolved significantly since the full-scale Russian invasion began in February 2022.

Context of the Statement

Zelensky's declaration reflects the increasing complexity of the geopolitical landscape surrounding Ukraine. While Russia remains the primary aggressor, the involvement of Iran and North Korea has become more pronounced. Iran has been accused of supplying drones and military equipment to Russia, which have been used in attacks against Ukrainian infrastructure and civilians. This support has raised concerns about Iran's role in the conflict and its alignment with Moscow.North Korea's involvement is also noteworthy, as it has been reported that Pyongyang may be providing munitions and other military supplies to Russia in exchange for economic assistance. This collaboration between these nations poses a significant challenge for Ukraine and its allies, complicating efforts to counteract Russian advances.

Implications for Ukraine

The acknowledgment of multiple adversaries underscores the urgency for Ukraine to strengthen its military capabilities and secure continued support from Western allies. The situation necessitates a coordinated international response to address not only Russian aggression but also the backing that Iran and North Korea provide to Moscow.Zelensky's statement serves as a call to action for the international community to recognize the broader implications of this conflict. As Ukraine continues to defend its sovereignty, the involvement of these additional nations highlights the need for a united front against what is perceived as a coalition of aggressors threatening regional stability.

Conclusion

As the war in Ukraine drags on, Zelensky's identification of Iran and North Korea as adversaries alongside Russia reflects the evolving nature of this conflict. The interplay between these countries complicates the geopolitical landscape, necessitating strategic responses from Ukraine and its allies to counteract the multifaceted threats they face. The situation remains fluid, with ongoing developments likely to shape future military and diplomatic strategies.

Continuation of the battle with an unknown APC and two tanks in the Kursk region of Russia. The situation has become clearer, in short, the APC was indeed Russian, and the tanks were Ukrainian. A shot from the second Ukrainian tank finally destroyed the APC. The APC crew left the combat vehicle, as was shown earlier. The Ukrainian tank was subsequently destroyed, how is not reported, most likely by drones, the fate of the tank crew is also unknown. The second tank left the scene of the battle, there is no further information about it.

A video has started to spread online in Ukrainian media, allegedly showing the first North Korean soldiers appearing in Russia at one of the bases. Earlier, the Head of the Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, reported that North Korean soldiers are being trained in the Saratov region of Russia, who will then provide support to Russian units. According to the statement of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, the first 11 thousand DPRK soldiers will be ready to enter the battle on November 1. It is impossible to understand from the video where it was filmed and who is depicted there, perhaps the video even uses superimposed sound. At the end of the video, several phrases are recorded with increased sound, but it is not yet known what language is being spoken there.

Footage of the Russian FPV drone "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky" in use in the Kursk region of Russia. Despite the fact that the Vandal drone is controlled via fiber optic cable, judging by the video, it is also used carefully in the forest. The video shows the drone attacking a Ukrainian armored vehicle "Kozak-7" and an American-made M113 armored personnel carrier, possibly an FV432. The moment of the drone's defeat is not shown, since the surveillance drone was not used in the forest.

Rare footage of a swarm of Russian kamikaze drones "Geran2" has been published, the video was published by a resident of the Poltava region of Ukraine. Earlier, something similar was recorded in the Odessa region of Ukraine. Mass production of drones "Geran-2" has now been established in Russia. It also became known that the Russian army began to equip drones with Luneberg lenses, they are installed on the drones "Gerbera" and other models. Luneberg lenses are made in the form of a plastic ball and wrapped in foil, their use allows to increase the EPR of the drone. A drone with a Luneberg lens becomes the most contrasting target and air defense missiles are primarily aimed at them. This method allows to distract air defense forces from the "Geran-2" drones and deplete the ammunition of the missiles of the air defense systems of Ukraine.

Russian kamikaze drones "Geran-2" now pose a serious threat to military and industrial facilities in Ukraine. Many means are used to combat them, but even this is not enough. Ukrainian media published footage of the interception of a Russian drone "Geran-2" by a Mi-24 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force.

The Ukrainian army has deployed American-made M1A1 SA Abrams tanks in the Kursk region of Russia for the first time. The video shows an M1A1 Abrams and an M2A2 Bradley IFV from the 47th separate mechanized brigade "Magura" in the village of Novoivanovka in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region. It is not clear from the video who is being fought. Meanwhile, the squad commander of the 21st separate mechanized brigade of Ukraine, Alexander Tymoshchuk, reported on the situation in the Kursk region. According to him, 350 Ukrainian soldiers entered the Kursk region, 40 people left the Kursk region alive, and now there are 15 soldiers left alive. Interview in Telegram in Ukrainian.

South Korea is actively considering the deployment of military intelligence personnel to Ukraine in response to the increasing involvement of North Korean troops alongside Russian forces in the ongoing conflict. Reports indicate that South Korean officials are reviewing plans to send a contingent of intelligence officers, particularly those with expertise in North Korean military tactics and operations, to gather information and assess the effectiveness of North Korean forces on the battlefield

The potential deployment comes amid concerns about a "large scale" deployment of North Korean soldiers to support Russia, which has alarmed South Korean intelligence officials. This move reflects a significant shift in South Korea's approach, as it has previously limited its support for Ukraine to non-lethal aid. Now, discussions are underway regarding the possibility of supplying lethal weapons, including defensive systems like the Cheongung-II medium-range surface-to-air missile system, if the situation escalates further

Additionally, South Korea's Defense Ministry has expressed an "open attitude" towards considering measures that could include military support for Ukraine. The involvement of South Korean personnel would not only aim to monitor North Korean tactics but also assist in interrogating any captured North Korean soldiers by providing interpreting services and intelligence analysis. This development underscores the evolving geopolitical dynamics in the region and highlights South Korea's proactive stance in addressing threats posed by North Korea's military collaboration with Russia.
