By the way, look at the 2 documents you just post, yes, it said the same thing, but the format, the fonts and the location of the stamp are all different. If they were official government document, would they print out different format, different fonts and stamped differently in different copies?? There would just be ONE copy if this is government communique, and every one of these "letter" would have been the same.
