The Russian Defense Ministry and the Sukhoi Design Bureau are planning to develop a two-seat Su-57 fifth-generation fighter in its export configuration, Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov said on Wednesday.
"There is interest in this aircraft and, in my view, it will grow with every passing year as our Russian Army is supplied with this model. Foreign customers at first look at how a particular weapon of the Russian Armed Forces operates. The Defense Ministry and the Sukhoi Design Bureau have plans to develop a two-pilot aircraft that will boost the export demand for this model … and it may create additional demand," the vice-premier said during his working trip to the Primorye Region in the Russian Far East.
CEO of Russia’s state arms seller Rosoboronexport Alexander Mikheyev said in early June that five Southeast Asian countries were displaying interest in the latest Su-57 fifth-generation fighter.

. . . . .
Maybe you should so you don’t look stupid getting shot down by an Airforce half your size

If a small incident being so much joy for you then enjoy it, it is just similar to me as Iran fired missiles at us airbase and will fooling thinking that they are superior to US, I would like to give a smile and move on...

Dude their airforce been kicking your *** since the 1960s they even managed to create an ACE pilot.
If a small opponent is kicking uou *** over and over again it’s time to rethink the strategy

and Iran incident has no resemblance here. It wasn’t that both sides fired the missile and only Iran’s hit. And for ur arguement sake if it wasthe case US would be rethinking their strategy

After the Migs kicked the F117 *** in the Vietnam war. US didn’t just smiled and moved on it rethinked the strategy and created F-22 out of it. As they realized not being able to detect migs first was a huge advantage to them

Again if a single 3rd gen fighter shoots down by a 4th gen fighter plane - is a big achivement and joyful... Then, please enjoy it... Yes, few blunders made by Indian strategic thinker ---- but it happens around the world.

Even I remember that Indian 3 missile boats destroyed the Karachi navy ports and sunk few PN ships. It does not mean that missile ships were better but it was a strategic victory.

It happens, for me ---- it is too small an incident if I look at our 70 years history..

That’s what am saying your airforce is extremely stupid to send a 3rd gen jet to fight a 4th gen jet.

That’d fine but with every blunder you rethink strategy not walk it off

and the falcon is a really good plane. USAF is keeping maybe your airforce not thinking clearly

Purchasing fighter planes from the USA will be another blunder. The USA sold the fighter planes to many countries and later, USA added them to enemy lists. Also, usually many strings attached to USA products.

If comparable fighter plane is available in the world then it is always better to avoid planes from US. Yes, if something they which is best then no other option and should go for it.

F16V is not useful for Indian Airforce. HAL Tejas MK1a and MIg 29 are good enough for the interceptor role. Su 30 MKI, Mirage 2000 and Rafale for offensive role.

Honestly, the presently bigger threat is from China.. But importing from other countries will not help in the future. They will always be one step ahead..

So, better to focus on HAL Mk2, and AMCA- We can induct in a large number by saving money. OEM products can provide solution for a shorter time but still, the challenges will persist.

I am very confused of Indians' love with two-seated fighters, even for air-superiority fighters they want to two-seated one.

Whats the use of the other seat? there is no enough room to carry cow dung for a single-seated fighter?
