Few weeks ago Indian media were crying "Russia is stopping discount to all countries".

Then news came Russia refused to sell on discount to Pakistan, Russia said they will give on same price, which they are providing to big countries (China, India). But not on this time, but in future as they are unable to sell to other countries due to shortage. And Russia asked complete the gas pipeline.

Now this minister is claiming Russia is providing oil/gas on discount.
When Russia is stopping discount to others, how will Russia give discount to Pak.
