There is not a single individual who can take up his seat. Imran Khan created many leaders in cricket, and we saw many captains after him, but he couldn't create a single one worthy for a leadership role.

This is why he needs to write (or endorse a ghost written) manifesto that enshrines his philosophy for the PTI going forward. Second he need to appoint a structure for succession. Third he needs to personally appoint the most honest but also politically savvy person for each and every MNA seat on merit and ask them to organize a structure for each of their area in the next 3 months.

Once these roots are solid and deeply entrenched they will be hard if not impossible to uproot.
