1.We can hardly call them cross-border because the border does not exist and a vast area where neither nor Burma has administrative control.So what you are saying is that they are making cross border operations and BGB is not being able to secure the border. That cannot be a good thing.
Rohingya issue needs solution, but I believe allowing this kind of activity will not be good for Bangladesh. If they use our soil to launch attack and retreat, that makes us responsible for their acts. Hopefully both sides will work to secure border so this does not become a regular thing.
2. If in fact if we had allowed the Mujahids to operate from our territory openly, then this problem would be solved quickly. Once BD gets serious Burma would be chastised and on its own negotiate a deal with the Rohingyas. The Burmese have for centuries pounced upon Arakan only when Bengal was weak.
