Even if this is AI, there are plenty of nasty filthy places such as this in India.
Because half of India's MPs have criminal records. As an example, current president of Wrestling in India has the following qualifications
1) Several rape cases
2) 30 other criminal cases
3) Confessed to 1 murder on camera
4) In his youth, was a motorcycle thief
and even part of a liquor mafia in the 1980s.5) Arrested in the mid-1990s for allegedly helping associates of gangster Dawood Ibrahim and spent several months in jail.
After he became wrestling chief, he appointed his brother as the vice president of wrestling federation and his son in law also became an MP. His family(which used to be small time petty criminals) is now worth tens of millions of dollars.
So to sum it up, India is a nation being ruled by rapists, low iq criminals, gangbangers etc, no nation can develop like this.
