According to information published by the TOLGAOZBEK website, Turkish company Roketsan has exported TRG-230 surface-to-surface missile to Bangladesh. According to open sources information, Roketsan has already delivered TRG-300 300mm MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System) to Bangladesh.

In August 2021, the Daily Sabah has published information regarding possible defense cooperation between Turkey and Bangladesh. Turkish Land Forces Commander Gen. Musa Avsever met the visiting Bangladeshi army chief Gen. SM Shafiuddin Ahmed, August 23 and 24, 2021.

During a meeting, Bangladesh General Shafiuddin Ahmed highlighted the strategic friendship and cultural bonds between Bangladesh and Turkey, adding that his visit will "open new doors for cooperation between the military forces of the two countries.

Bangladesh became the fourth-largest arms buyer from Turkey, reportedly receiving up to $60 million in weapons from Ankara’s roughly $1 billion in defense products exports in the first four months of 2021.

The TRG-230 is a surface-to-surface guided missile developed, designed, and manufactured by the Turkish company Roketsan. It can be launched from ROKETSAN Multi Barrel Rocket Launcher (MBRL) Weapon System and other platforms with compatible interfaces.

The TRG-230 missile is able to reach targets located within 20-to-70 kilometers in all-weather conditions. The missile can hit a target with a Circular Error Probable (CEP) below 10 meters delivering a 42-kg warhead and a kill radius of 55 meters. The navigation system relies on GPS/GLONASS global satellite positioning system and inertial measurement unit (IMU).

. . . . .
The range of having self respect to having none. Once BD is capable pf overcoming that against India it can do whatever it wants. With the current vassal government it cannot

I don't understand why some Pakistanis hang onto the half century old issues that has gone and is of the past.. Bangladesh is arming itself considerable and views itself superior to all countries in the region.. That superiority complex will not go away anytime soon.

I do believe BD will eventually surpass both states in defense purchase and defense industry

What issues are being hung on to?

The break-up event. Honestly speaking even tho I am Pakistani myself I see more potential in BD compared to Pakistan in the far future.. The Bengalis are most certainly smarter then the Pakistanis and they could inherit them or rather replace them.. In the future where the jawans from Islamabad and other areas be shouting and involved in fake news by that time BD had already taken subcontinent and gone on to build humanity's next stage and go to mars

How is the break up event related to a country’s foriegn and domestic policies being influenced by a much larger hegemonic neighbor? Sri Lanka is smaller than BD and they too voice the same concerns.

Now this is too short man.
Should have looked at Chinese options like A200.

If this system is comming with some local assembly of rockets, then its fine.
our t-300s can fire both 70 km and 120 ranges missile.we just need to replace the launching tube to fire 120 km missile(already have that) nd there is a tender for 300 kms missiles. BORA(khan) already has been shortlisted in this tender!! some newspaper alrdy published news hinted that 1 billion defense agreement has been signed between turkish defense industry nd bangladesh defense forces. so BORA(khan) will eventually come alongside some TB-2 drones(will be used for trg-230)

Not many countries can survive in the shoes of Pakistan. Comparing Pakistan with BD given the vastly different geopolitical, ethnic homogeneity and security concerns is just madness. Pakistan can certainly do better but be a bit fair in your comparisons.

A real joke to see a Pakistani preach about self-respect. Your whole government was taken down with one phone call to your army HQ.
