HAFIZABAD: Serious differences between the workers and office-bearers of PTI over the award of party tickets have come to surface when Vice Chairperson Punjab PTI Aasia Usman and Ch. Aman Ullah Sandhu Advocate District President PTI Hafizabad have not only participated in the public meeting but also delivered speeches calling upon the audience to support of Rai Qamar-uz-Zaman Kharal, an old and die-hard worker of PTI, who was ignored by the PTI high command while awarding ticket to him to contest election from PP-106 and who was now contesting election as an independent candidate.
Rai Qamar Kharal soon after the public meeting of Imran Khan at Hafizabad has convened the meeting of his supports at Kaleke Mandi last night and declared that he would give tough time to his rivals including his father-in-law Rai Riasat Ali Kharal an independent candidate of Ch. Mehdi group and outgoing MPA Ch. Asad Ullah Arain. He told his audience that he was fighting for their rights and to rid them of the shackles of feudal. He regretted that he has been working for the PTI for the past one year but he has been unfortunately ignored by the PTI high command which he said was a conspiracy against the party. Ch. Aman Ullah Sandhu and Aasia Usman have appreciated Rai Qamar-uz-Zaman for his services for the PTI.
The numbers of audience in the Kaleke Mandi public meeting was bigger than the public meeting addressed by PTI Chairman Imran Khan Sunday afternoon.
It is interesting rather sad to mention here that Rai Qamar-uz-Zaman has spoiled his family relation as he is contesting election even against his father-in-law Rai Riasat Ali Kharal.
