Residential plot in Islamabad

Please can anyone tell me if its possible to buy a plot outside of residential societies. I think the societies are overcharging and I don't want to be paying a membership fee in perpetuity. Any advise would be highly appreciated

People do buy land and properties outside of residential areas but the risk is greater. You will need to have good connections

Yes, outside of sectors, they are not affordable anyway

I think in G sectors near Kashmir highway it's still affordable for 5 and 10 Marla plots
