Shias in KSA number around 10-15% of the population (10% is more realistic) and more Shias live in the Southwest (Ismaili and Zaydi) than in the Eastern Province where they are a clear minority not even making up 30% of the entire population of the province. So no, there is zero chance of any Shia revolt in the Eastern Province.

The recent killings and attacks are all happening in that little small town. 99,9% of all the other areas of the Eastern Province are completely peaceful.
