#RemoveMughalsFromBooks: Bhakts campaign on Twitter to erase Mughal history from school books

.
why destroy when we can rename it?

Because renaming it doesnt really change the fact its made by Mughals and based on Mughal architecture. You said you would destroy Mughal legacy, so then go ahead and destroy the Taj Mahal and Red Fort. Those structures are part of Mughal legacy. Come on big boy, do it :)

Mughal rule was a part of Indian History .Whether they like it or not .
History is history ,you cant replace that with myth and legends .But you need to balance the approach in history texts. You should explain the real nature of their rule and they should also add the brave Indian kings and figures at that time .
Let Children decides what is right and what is wrong.

Mughal empire is part of Indian history.

However I am against sanitizaiting Indian history.

Make no effort to hide iconoclasm under Mughal empire but at the same time mention the positives as well.

Mughals certainly have their pitfalls but nothing compared to previous Delhi Sultante.

We will,it will be forgotten by next generations as to what name was of those buildings.

I also forgat to mention Agra Fort, Humayun's Tomb, Buland Darwaza, Bibi Ka Maqbara, Jamah Masjid all whome are UNESCO world heritage sites. Oh yeah and also just break India apart, as the Mughals unified India under one central entity. Thats also considered Mughal legacy. :)

UNESCO is a subject of League of Nations, formed after WW1 , when your nation Turkey ,Prussia,Italy were defeated thoroughly! You became part of NATO, what a shame! That is when the British broke your Ottoman Empire.
All those sites you mention have Hindu symbols and others mentioned. So what is this break India apart? You invaders never were a central entity.So..we will use it to wipe that Mughal legacy as toilet paper.
About tombs, buddy, when we dig out the bones and burn them, then it is no longer a tomb,Ask the Jaats of Indian, how they dig up Akbars tomb and burned his bones.
Do you get my point?
