That is not true itself either. The rifle you posted the video of weights over 12 kilos and only weighs one less than the 9K115-2 Metis-M (can be shoulder carried). Anti-material rifle themselves weigh a lot more than snipers but in return they have greater range.

ATGM explodes when it hits a target. I have seen TOW exploding nearby soldiers and the blast killing them. Can't really post videos due to the sites rules.

TOW has 12.4 kg warhead weight (more than half - high qiality explosives). In radius 6-7 m it will break bones tear up ur inner organs. Little hole
