For the last 2 years, Indian Media 24/7 consistently reporting Pakistan's related news just to keep their illiterate gullible public busy in neighboring country's internal issues meanwhile their own country has gone worst in everything, you name it. I am completely failed to understand this hypocrisy of the Indians especially the obsession of the majority janta, their media, and the GOI with Pakistan. Seriously unbelievable. On the other hand, you can hardly see any coverage or discussion about whats is happening in India on the Pakistani media.

The purpose of sharing these stats doesn't mean that Pakistan has the upper hand or having a better score in all these indicators. The intent of sharing is very simple and straight, "those who live in glass houses should not throw stones on others". India is way behind in every single indicator as compared to anyone in the world. With these statistics and extreme hostility towards the neighbor, India's dream to become a permanent seat holder in the UN not more than a joke.

It's better for the Indian public to look into their own problems and issues rather poking their nose in neighboring countries. In general, Pakistan, Srilankans, Chinese, or even Bangladeshis don't give a damn what's going on in India quite frankly.

Now western countries need india to fight against China so in this situation even hitler would have chosen so I’m not surprised by the geopolitical trend.

Those are troubling stats, moreso since these represent the state of my nation today. The current administration has clearly failed to live up to its mandate and must answer to the electorate.

It's, sadly, also understandable the spirit in which this thread was started. As an Indian on PDF I can empathize with the anger one feels when another casts aspersions on their motherland, even moreso if it has an element of truth in it. Looking around to see ones neighbours in a worse state has become a balm for complacency rather than an impetus to reflect and affect change.

At least here, an unapologetic and a brash view exists unimpeded about the multiple problems afflicting my country. IMO Sorting the genuine and then implementing a change for the better should be the way forward rather than looking around to see if the accuser has it worse.

My country's honour is better served fixing our problems onground rather than defending it online against anonymous posters.

Those who are professing that India has money, or accumulated money, should understand that the money is in fewer hands in India, that's why it has such poverty and poor people living on margins.

To understand it, you have to go back to the era from Independence until India decided to open up its economy. They were relying on Indian made goods, which resulted in establishment of large scale industries and gave the rise to few families , who after opening up of the economy became Dollar Billionaires, due to the size of their industries.

The "Farmer Protests" are part of the same evil spread in India since liberalisation of their economy. Modi wants to give the farming in the hands of the same sharks , the big industries, which would mean them getting virtual monopoly on produces in India resulting in suffering by the Farmers.
