Well Audio,
While there is a problem of sexual crime in general not only rapes in Delhi but the problem is highly exaggerated due to the fact that Rapes in Delhi gets very high publicity.
It is not that there is no problem in other states or countries.It is just not as aggressively reported as it is done here. If you would go by what is reported in media,then Middle eastern countries have no sexual crime and Sweden is a heaven of Rapists while in reality Rapes seems more numerous in Sweden as they follow Discrete method of registering Rape while low in middle east as if the women is not able to gather 4 witness,it is not considered as rape.
I am currently living in Delhi and law and order situation here is not as bad as portrayed in media.It is one of the few cities in India which has professional police force while that of other cities is controlled by state politicians.

Delhi has one of the worst police force in India...what are u smoking? Delhi police is only good at VIP duties and organizing political dharna's. .............The common delhi citizens keep as far away from the police as possible......
The Rape victim has herself said Kurien was one of her rapist.....what more proof does anyone need? ....are we looking for 4 witnesses ?

Thiruvananthapuram: In what may spell serious trouble for Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman PJ Kurien, one of the convicts in the Suryanelli gangrape case has claimed that he was actually involved in the case. The third convict in the case SS Dharmarajan made the revelation while speaking to a local television channel from an undisclosed location.
Dharmarajan said that he had taken PJ Kurien in his own car to Kumili, where the girl was kept in confinement and raped. Dharamarajan had been serving jail term after being convicted in the case. However, he jumped parole and is absconding now.
What has puzzled everyone, however, is why Dharmarajan has chosen to make the revelations now and not when the trial was going on.

Agreed for Mr Arun Jaitley.....................But a state BJP leader was the Prime witness of this case (supporting Kurien).......................Purely Congress-BJP nexus in Kerala wide open..............Arun Jaitley is a Supreme Court Lawyer and he did his job in representing anyone who comes to him and can afford to pay his fees.
All BJP members are allowed to have a personal life outside BJP you know
Ram Jethmalani is famous for representing smugglers and crooks ...I wont be surprised if in the past he has represented Dawood Ibrahim.

How can Rajan say like that he might have appeared court to record his statements................Good to see that Congress-BJP-Muslim league nexus is exposed to people of Kerala.................
BJP is pretty much non existent in Kerala......the bit that exist is group of opportunist people using politics to make a living in the absence of any real Industry in Kerala.
So this mean people in Kerala are now going to vote for AIADMK ?
