Ignorance at height. An Air Force is not all about its tech and whatever-the-**** generation planes, its also about the pilots, the experience and competency. You know something is seriously fucked up when the video is listing Greece in it as well, Greece has the best air force pilots in the west probably, they fucking beat USA in some NATO red flag exercise by a damn score of 17-3, using F-16`s against F-35`s. PAF has an amazing past track record, and continued to show its capability in war on terror, and by the fact that even USAF wanted to hold a joint exercise with PAF. Yes i agree most if our fighter jets are 30 years old we have still main jets lik ed F 16 are not compitable to fight against new indian sukhois lack the radar range to track iaf jets and we lack numbers thunder is good for light weight fights but for medium fights against mirage and rafle it stande very little chance oaf badly needed new fighter jet with better caoability remember if india choosed to buy F 16 all F 16.will be going to india time for paf to stop relying more in pilots if machine has no capability he cant play best

IMO there are flaws in your reasoning here;

So what if your fighters are 30 years old? Is the age of the fighter the metric here or its internal subsystems and weapons capabilities? Those 30-year-old F-16s have data-link connectivity with AEW&C, a credible BVR, EW and precision-guided strike capabilities. That's a modern air combat package, albeit not the latest, but current and not out of date (which is the case for Iran, North Korea, etc) or outright lacking (e.g., Canada, which has big gaps).

The PAF's gaps aren't necessarily in having enough modern fighter platforms, the JF-17 has awarded the PAF with a decent solution in that regard (especially once the Block-III is ready, arguably the cheapest AESA equipped fighter in the market all things considered). The gap is in not having modern long-range assets to efficiently carry strike or maritime operations, which - as a whole - weakens the PAF's conventional deterrence posture.
